For other places with the same name, see Maple Creek (disambiguation)'' Maple Creek No. 111 is a rural municipality of 1,167 rural residents (2006 census) in the southwestern part of Saskatchewan, Canada. The main economic industry is ranching. The RM was incorporated December 10, 1917.〔 〕 Other urban municipalities in the area include Belanger, Maple Creek, Hatton, Cummings and Fort Walsh. Located between Maple Creek No. 111 and Piapot No. 110 is the Nekaneet Cree Nation Indian reserve. A rural municipality is an administrative district consisting of an elected reeve, councillors, administrator who provide essential services within their area. ==Statistics==
